I requested a swivel elbow replacement. I was shipped the wrong part twice. The first time, I only got a response after posting a review. The second time, I didn't get a response again. And hence this post. I'm disappointed at the customer service. It used to be a lot better. I've lost a month in addition to the money (small amount).
