This was an upgrade I got to replace my first ever pitcher, the one from IKEA that was ~10$. I cannot say enough what a beautiful little thing it is. The weight distribution and handle makes so comfortable to hold. The spout makes it easy to control the pour. Very charming. Note: Not dishwasher friendly. (I think it's worth it though).

Not good at returns.

They product was fine but ordering off the internet can be challenging. We have been using the same product but in a larger capacity and thought the 500 ml would be the same size but it wasn't. Ordering the through a different company because Whole latte love was very hard to return things to. They made it very complicated and had to jump through loops to do so. Also had to pay for shipping and a restocking fee....THey don't like returns, I would have exchanged for the larger but was unhappy with their service.

Surprised with how much I love this

Replaced a jug of a different brand with this one that seemed to be the same design. This one is somehow very different, and my latte art is much less sucky now!
