A bit small for Profitec 800

Very nice tool. I have Profitec 800 and it is tiny bit small for that portofilter. Some ground coffee retained on the edges.

I do love this tamper. First of all, it is beauitfully and solidly built. It did take a little while to get used to the force required to tamper correctly. I hadn’t realized how strong 40 lbs was! But, after a week, I have been consistently bringing the weight down to tamp the ground coffee. Do take that into consideration, however, before you buy it.
