Disappointed

Very disappointed in the Bonavita 5 cup. The water temperature never reached 195°, the pre-infusion didn't work properly and the lid wasn't attached to the machine. After brewing, the basket was filled with water regardless of the grind size. Not to mention the coffee just tasted awful. Product was returned

Excellent little coffee maker

Simple yet very effective coffee maker. Makes excellent coffee every time and at a good temperature. My previous coffee maker needed boiling water into the reservoir to make coffee that wasn't lukewarm. This coffee maker makes the perfect cup on its own without any extra steps. The non brew-through lid took a bit to get used to but every machine is a little different so no big deal.

Absolutely Brilliant

Over the years I've used a number of different coffee makers. This Bonavita 5-cupper was exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use, easy to clean and make excellent coffee. Thanks Whole Lotta Love for the offering and excellent shipping/packing. Cheers
