The flosser is excellent. I’ve owned several water flossers in the past, but I prefer the design of this one. It is comfortable to use, easy to handle, and feels well made. The different pressure settings are a great feature, allowing users to choose the level that best suits their needs and comfort. Overall, I’m very pleased with its performance and would highly recommend it.

I love this so much it's so much better than my old waterpik it really gets in the crevices with the Dual floss setting on strong and it's finally cleaning my gums the way it needs to., the only issue that I have with it is it doesn't have a good pause feature especially when I'm trying to empty my mouth of the excess water but other than that it works amazingly

I bought it to replace my old Philips Sonicare water flosser. Although many similar cordless models cost £20–£30, I chose this one because the marketing suggested the DualJet tip was a significant improvement.
In practice, I found the DualJet tip disappointing. It creates more overspray, uses water faster, and is harder to control than a standard nozzle. Rather than improving the experience, it made it less practical.
The clearest sign of this is that I no longer use the DualJet tip at all and have switched to the standard nozzle. Without the DualJet attachment, the product feels very similar to much cheaper alternatives available online. If you're considering this product mainly for the DualJet feature, think carefully before paying the premium. The DualJet technology was the reason I bought it, and ultimately the reason I regret the purchase.
