Cinnamon Remineralizing Gum

I have been subscribed to Lorineco Remineralizing Gum for quite some time and, until my most recent order, I have been very satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, the latest shipment arrived in unacceptable condition. Every piece of gum in the package had fused together into one solid mass, making the product unusable. I attached a photo of one of the boxes for the company’s reference but did not receive a reply. Given the condition of this shipment, I respectfully requested: A full refund for this order. Cancellation of my subscription and all future recurring shipments. I have appreciated the product in the past, but the condition of this order has left me with no choice but to discontinue my subscription.
