Fresh Care Bundle

We recieved the order on 26 July, order placed on 03 July. Used the product for the first time last night, 27 July. My wife and I were so excited to receive and use the product based on your social media posts. From the first use we are very disappointed. We've been using electric toothbrushes for the past decade and this by far is the least comfortable. The device is loud, the entire device vibrates in the hand, it makes the lips and gums vibrate and is simply unusable. I've initiated a return for the items for a full refund. The return policy you say no refunds if the package is open, but there's no way or trying it without opening the package. Additionally the refund should be triggered 14 days from purchase. Its hard to do that if the product only arrives 23 days after the order is placed. Im sure this is not going to sit well with the Australian consumer affairs group

Ordered 2 brushes, waited 5 weeks for delivery (and made in) from China. 1 brush worked, other one was dead, did not work ir take a charge. Asked what is next step, they said to: “Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue with your toothbrush: • Unplug the device first to ensure safety. • Use a cotton swab slightly dampened with rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal contact points inside the holder. • If there is any buildup that’s difficult to reach, a toothpick wrapped with a small piece of cotton can help clean tighter areas. • Allow everything to dry completely before plugging the device back in or placing the toothbrush on the holder again. This often resolves connection or charging issues. If the problem persists, please try using a different power outlet in your home. Please let us know how it goes. If it still doesn’t work, kindly sends us a short video showing the issue so we can assist you further.” These brushes are brand new!

Exceptionally clean BUT When you first try it out, the head is awkward. It’s so high powered that you can’t quite brush properly; It tickles the inside part of your cheeks and mainly gums that it feels impossible to use. My brother just stopped using it in general but while im continuing with it and experimenting. I found that if you close your lips around the brush, and use your lips to take a lot of the vibration, it becomes more or less fine.
