I've been using these for 3 months, it's hard to figure out when using others products for hair regrowth, time will tell

No side effects but no benefit

I'm female with androgenic alopecia but opted for the Men's formula for its DHT modulating blend. I purchased OMI's product because the concept of peptides that help strengthen hair follicles seemed to hold more promise than other oral hair loss supplements. While there have been no unwanted side effects, I haven't seen any benefit from taking them. My hair shedding hasn't slowed down. Not even a little. I have genes that predispose me to hair loss/thinning on top of what happens to many women in their 40s and 50s just from normal aging and hormonal changes. Throw in some telegen effluvium and it's just a big old Shedapalooza! There are so many hair loss products on the market, and it's impossible to know what will or won't make an difference for you. Unfortunately, I think you just have to try multiple products and approaches until you find a combination that works. It's entirely possible this product may work well for other people who have different factors at play than I do.
