Nice thick cut , the flavor was as good as it gets . I happen to live near their farm . And I’ve worked on farms . They let you pickup hamburger at the farm, so I stopped by to get some . I immediately saw that it was a quality run place . It means a lot to me that people use their land wisely and they do. Long story short I will definitely buy from them again.

Steak #1- full of gristle (membrane) too tough to chew Steak #2 - lots of fat, not just marbling- excessive blubber, so much it didn’t crisp up during grilling Steak #3 - very tough, hard to chew I was not satisfied at all, I unfortunately set my standards high and was disappointed. I’m sure your company has good meats. For me-all 3 were not acceptable & not cheap.
