Designer Mystery Kit

The mystery fabric. . . . I was slightly underwhelmed upon delivery. The kit did say it was going to have silk. So I expected something flowing and shiny. Instead, it was a silk/bamboo mix which sort of has a thin crispy dull texture. And white. (at the time of this review) Though slightly bummed, I then came up with an idea to dye it. And considering the content of the fabric is almost all natural with silk and bamboo (with 1% elastane) I have mostly a piece of mind that I'm dealing with natural fibers. I mean, you don't know what you're going to get. And that's the excitement of these mystery kits. I might consider ordering another one.

Interesting Fabric

I am very happy with my Designer Mystery Kit. The fabric I received is a silk/Bamboo combination. It's an ivory color. I have to figure out what to make with it!!

My mystery designer kit included a beautiful, breezy ivory silk chiffon fabric for a summer dress. Great value for the price.
