Theta Ridge is a top-notch bean dealer marked by their excellent customer service. Otherwise, I have been waiting a long time for this harvest and they didn’t disappoint. I pulled them at 30 seconds into second crack and they are amazing! Smooth and chocolatey have been the most notable. If I had time to drive to IN, I would buy a couple of sacks. It’s that good!
