Snack Heaven

I say snack but I have one of these every day for lunch. I have eggs, bacon and tomatoes at 10.30, one of these bars at 14.30 as I’m out and about on the go and a good low carb dinner! They are so tasty and I never feel deprived when my friends are eating cake or biscuits as the chocolate & nuts hit the spot.

These bars are lovely There was also a complimentary coconut and Almond crunch bar in my delivery - these are also lovely and I will be ordering these next time

Clean keto bar, but too hard

Nice clean keto bar which does not spike my blood sugar, however the bar is far too hard. Microwaving it for 30 seconds helps a bit but it would be far better if it was a bit softer, with a few more chocolate chips added as well as there are very few of them.
