Cinnamon granola
I just wanted to have something to add to my usual breakfast of Greek yoghurt and berries, and keeping it low carb. This fits the bill, and is crunchy and tasty to add as a topping, or eat alone. Doesn't spike my blood sugar, so I'm very pleased.

The superior flavour
