I had an issue with my subscription and was pretty frustrated, but once Joanna from Sassy Saints got involved, she was absolutely lovely to deal with. She took the time to listen to my concerns, apologised for what had happened, cancelled my subscription and arranged a full refund. I really appreciated how personally she handled everything and how quickly she resolved it. Excellent customer service and a much better experience in the end.

Poor product, difficult cancellation process, and $55 return postage. I followed the application instructions but the wraps started lifting within a day with normal hand washing. I then discovered I had been placed on a recurring 4-week subscription when a bank transaction went through, which I genuinely did not realise I had agreed to.

Slight learning curve in applying them, colour is pretty much clear with a slight cream tinge. I found the product still did “chip” despite claiming they don’t, but definitely did help secure my nails more so that I didn’t get bent tips and broken nails as much. I have very fine hair and found that hair would get caught in the edges when I wash my hair (even the night after applying when the adhesive should have been strongest, I think). You can see a bit of lift around the edges, particularly after a week, but the wrap hasn’t peeled, aside from the chips at the nail tips.
