Please be careful!!. They do not live up to 100% guarantee or customer satisfaction. I placed an order and needed to exchange because the color was wrong. They refused to exchange or refund claiming BOGO or multi pack have a fine print “terms and conditions” that they do not need to refund or exchange it. Its a final sale. Nothing in my order or invoice indicated this. When I asked them to point these conditions out on my order they could not saying its in the “promotional material”. I question now all their statements including those about the quality of their product. They are not credible and their advertisement is misleading.

The foundation came crushed and customer service is much to be desired! I ordered $130.00 worth of BOGO sale items with a free brush and $10.00 gift card. I didnt receive the brush or gift card. Called “customer Service” and said I received the product after sending pictures of it and they also say no brush was offered during the BOGO sale! They also gave me a code for $10.00 off that doesn’t work! Very disappointed will not order from this company again!
