940 NM Face Neck & Chest Bundle

I received my package last Friday and there is jo face piece at all. Just the chest and neck piece. After waitingweeks this is so dispappounting, apart from the fact i paid for the whole package. I emailed the suport email privided by the company as soon as i opened the package but have heard nothing back. I will beforced to seek a refund through my bak as aftwr seeingither reviews im not the only one to be scammed and people report horrible customer support. Wish id read thise reviews before :/

They sent me the wrong mask not the 940 that I purchased but a flat 630. Then they want me to keep it at 1/2 the price I paid. I said no I want what I ordered or a full refund. Still waiting on a response back from them. Only took a day to ask me to keep it but there not in any hurry to respond to me about full refund or give me what I ordered.

The mask is not the same as I ordered ot has a different name on it I want a refund and I will return this product it is Not what I ordered The item I ordered is a mask that says Macro I asked for a refund and have not heard from this company
