Organic Extra Wool for Organic Pillows

LUMPY & CRUMMY! I wanted to like the wool filled pillows. The wool comes lumpy and with debris. The Woolroom expects for the customer to shred it to make it fluffy, as they say. It's never been fluffy! It takes hours to shred the wool to only have it clump again after sleeping on it. I was patient with it, but I exceeded their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted them about not being satisfied and wanted to remedy the problem. They couldn't give me one suggestion to fix the lumpiness. I was told that I was passed their return policy deadline. No matter how sincere I was, this company could careless. All they care about is their profits. That's it! Don't buy these lumpy crummy pillows!. You'll be sorry!

The added organic wool made my sleep so much better.

The pillow comes very flat so you pretty much have to buy the extra pack of wool - which is expensive, plus an extra 20 bucks for shipping. It took 3 months to receive the extra wool, so I was stuck with a ridiculously flat pillow for months. And typically I like a pillow more on the flat side, but this felt like an intentional way get more money out of customers. Not impressed with this brand or product, other than being GOTS certified.
