Earthing & Grounding Sheets

Instructions not very clear

I wasn’t totally clear on how to use the sheets. Figured it out eventually. Will it work if I wear pajamas? Does it not work if I don’t have bare skin touching the mat? It was very difficult to tell which side should be next to skin. Silver threads were barely visible. Still not sure if it is on correctly.

Great outcomes - not great order

The sheet has 4 locations that need a cord but the sheet comes with only 1. Luckily, I had ordered 3 grounding mats and used those cords. I then went back and ordered replacement cords for those. Shouldn’t be necessary in my opinion.

Wonderful

I’ve only been using the sheet for about 1 1/2 weeks but am already having a better nights sleep.
