This firmer surface is great for me. It has a more supportive and denser structure, but it is also supple enough for plumping up. Good quality and value for money.

Really nice pillow so comfortable but had to take some wool out as for me personally it was a little high but I will replace it at a later date when the pillow naturally flattens a little ,it was really easy to take the wool out as there is a zip for easy access very well thought through by the company . Thank you .
