Seal Tight Glass Bowl Set

These arrived scuffed, scratched, and covered in white residue. The products themselves are nice, but the quality control and customer service have been extremely disappointing. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and have never received a response. In all my years of online shopping, I’ve never dealt with a company that simply ignores customer emails. It’s unprofessional and frustrating. It’s a shame, because the products are nice, but the overall experience has been poor.
