Essentials Kit : A313, Biafine, Ialuset

Well, where should I start? My order took three weeks to arrive instead of the two days promised on the website when I placed it. The communication with customer services has been extremely frustrating. I constantly had to chase for updates and answers, which was very stressful. To make matters worse, when I opened the delivery box this morning, I discovered that two products were missing from my order. On top of that, none of the products were properly sealed with plastic or tape in their boxes, and several of the boxes showed signs of wear and damage. I sent photos to customer services shortly after receiving the order, but overall the whole experience has been a huge disappointment. I sincerely hope the missing items are sent to me as soon as possible, or that I receive a full refund for them

Still haven’t received the 313 why are you asking me when I’m constantly sending messages complaining !!!

Unfortunately I didn’t receive all the items in the bundle. I’ve reached out and followed up with customer service several times and have had no reply since I was told my issue would be forwarded to the appropriate department. It’s very disappointing and I’ll no longer be purchasing from French Beauty Hub.
