I accidentally canceled my subscription when someone sold my credit card numbers. I was out of Nova for two weeks and really felt it in my hips! It was delivered yesterday and im a very happy girl.

Didn't work, tried for 3 months, and also got automatically added to ongoing supply list when purchasing first lot, so watch out for that when ordering. Biught the bulk pack, and wanted to send them back as well, but advised no refund as over 28 days since ordered... my question is if I ordered 4 months worth, why cant I have the money back for items still sealed? Also returns cost me over $100Au Also big concerns about returns as they warn you that not returning to correct address would void refund... and it is not listed on website. When you initially try to cancel, you get a stack of emails and prompts to try for longer, or to share leftovers with your family and friends... why would I do that if it doesn't work for me? I was so excited that this may provide some relief, but alas no... I usually only provide concerns and feedback privately to companies, however, due to the difficulties with returns and unmet promises, feel that this review needs to be public
