Summer 8 Week Total Body Transformation Challenge 2026

I’m on week 2 after not working out for 6 months and it’s been great so far. First week was rough but great!! I love the workouts and how it is all designed. Thank you for putting this challenge together.

Really love the workout plan! But think I need the waisttrainer because my back (since before) is hurting like hell. And this beast wants to grow big 💪🏼

I love that I know have this option and can talk to the team and get support. Just frustrated with the fact that I tried to do some of the days but my gym does not have some of the equipment required to do the gym side and there are no alternatives to those exercises
