Wife loved the comfort and style. Paid for express shipping to get here before the end of July but it arrived almost a month later but well worth it. Be patient. You'll love the product at the end of the day. 🙂

Products themselves are good. That is the ONLY reason that this is a 2 star review, not a 1 star. The order completion and shipping/receiving process COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Placed the order on July 8th, and payment was processed on July 9th. Order processed on JULY 23RD. DIDN'T START SHIPPING PROCESS UNTIL JULY 27TH. Finally received on August 3rd. When I contacted Customer Service, I was advised the process takes time, but should receive my order within 15 days of placing. THEY DIDN’T EVEN SHIP FROM CHINA UNTIL 15 DAYS PASSED! What - did they have to make the fabric for the products? Didn’t have any in stock, ready to ship? Not sure if we'd ever order anyting from Noélla again. At least not unless we had a month to wait for the order. Will be interesting to see if the company responds with any sort of explanation, apology or compensation.

Product itself very nice, light soft(buttery) wife loves it she is able to sleep in it comfortably and breatheable doesnt slide up too often. 4 star was for poor customer service paid for express shipping 7/13and didnt get till 8/4
