My partner was very excited to point he cried lol. He wasn't expecting anything like this and was very pleased! The smoke chips he used first was the cherry, paired with some Bourbon and enjoyed the smoking (which was the best part). Also the pair of drinking glasses that came with the set are nice too, their actually his favorite type of glass too, along with the mold. This was a very great product, thank you so much! We will definitely be ordering from Saturn Smoker again.

The product is decent. But the way cancellations are handled is very sketchy. According to their website, Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. However, please note that due to our fast processing times, some orders may already be in the shipping pipeline by the time we respond to your request. I sent out an email for cancellation within 10 minutes of placing my order. They responded the next day saying something along the lines of “Sorry for the delay in order. Hang tight you’ll get it.” After some back and forth, they finally couldn’t avoid saying that I’ve reached out more than an hour after I placed the order…. Super sketchy way of handling order. I do not recommend ordering from here at all. I found the same exact smoker on Amazon for 1/2 the price which shipped within a day. I know Amazon is a big bad and all. But hey, at least handle your cancellations properly 🤷‍♂️

I purchased this for my husband for our anniversary. I gave it to him while we were on our trip away from home. He was so surprised and pleased. My inspiration to initially purchase this item was a beverage he ordered at a local resturant on Valentines day. A bourbon that was served smoking at our table side. He was so pleased. He was excited to get his gift and immediately purchased a bottle of bourbon from a local store to try it that night. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included in the box. Another unfortunate issue was I didn't see the "butane not included" on the ad. We have been unable to purchase any near where we are staying despite searching for a few hours. He will order it and get it when we get home next week. The set is beautiful and very elegant looking otherwise. Un
