Excalibur Cabbage (F1 Hybrid, 78 Days)

This is by far my favorite cabbage. Huge, soild heads are tasty and hold in the field well without splitting. I grow between 40-60 cabbages every year for sauerkraut, and this cabbage allows me to make a ton of it!

I've grown this cabbage for several years, love it. It gets really big, is very solid, and makes great sauerkraut. Also good for fresh eating, and resists splitting, so holds in the garden well.
