Only a couple came up,it will probably be a couple years before they bloom, I would imagine by their growth rate.

Good germination on begonias

I've been ordering and growing Dragon Wing begonia seeds from Pinetree for years, so I thought I would try the Non-stop tuberous begonias this year. It's just the end of February now, so the seedlings are still really teeny-tiny, but germination was good and I think they'll do fine. Note to anyone thinking about trying begonias from seed for the first time: be sure to get pelleted seeds (as these were), start very early, and be prepared to wait a long time before they get to any size (i.e., more than 1/4 inch tall!). Ask me again at the end of the summer to see how the plants performed!
