Chocolate is tasty

I’ve been on the Chocolate flavour for just over a month. Tbh not seen a massive difference yet but I know it takes time to settle everything down so fingers crossed. Side not it doesn’t mix well with water/milk unless you don’t mind necking power. Better blitzed in a smoothie or mixed with yogurt and oats as a tasty brekie or snack

Been using the vanilla biomel now for a couple of months and it really does help with regularity. The flavour is great too. I put it on my cereal every morning. Ive also tried the bars which I also love.

Biomel Complete Gut

Very tasty. Love it on my cereal. I'm sure it would be amazing in a smoothie. It gives me confidence that my gut biome is well. Would recommend this product.
