I grow these under lights for winter greens. Excellent germination. Very tasty.

Microgreens

Very good experience. Broccoli greens germinated very quickly and were ready to harvest in less than 4 weeks. I use them in salads, sandwiches, omelets and have several batches growing in stages so I have a continuous supply. This could be a great project for kids because you get such quick results.
