Great Support!

I bought the hazy eight double IPA along with their yeast when I pitch the yeast into the primary it did not ferment. After one email I had a coupon for the amount of the yeast in my shopping cart and was able to get the new yeast without paying for it. I pitched the new yeast and the beer turned out perfect.

Wow, what a great kit!

Left this one in the fermenter an extra week or two because it stayed happy, bubbling away! The end result is a fantastic beer that tastes amazing! Our new Grainfather fermenter maintained the temp and allowed for a nice cold crash at the end. Highly recommended.
