Active 400 Smart Auto Incline Wi-Fi Treadmill

It doesn’t turn on. I troubleshooted everything.

I can’t get it to start. The power light is on but it won’t start. I’m 77 yrs old. I’ll have to get someone to help me. What do we do?

Track width is narrow

Everything about this treadmill is positive except the width of the track. It is very narrow as the reviews state. I tried to watch TV and hit the side twice. Scared the heck out of me. I now only run while listening to music. The treadmill is easy to set up.
