We have a few too many cats and really needed help with the litterbox situation. We had purchased 2 from Amazon, and they started to malfunction after a few weeks. They would get stuck in the rotation and not go all the way around. I saw the ad for Petshowy and ordered one. We have had it for 6 months without any problems. It's very well made, and quiet. We use about 75% less litter. I love the way it dumps. Not only is it mechanically strong, but it also doesn't dump the little in one spot in the bin. It gives you an indication that it needs to be emptied. These where $250 more than the ones we got on Amazon. But we have already saved a ton on litter and frustration. We bought 2 more and now have 3 of them. Great product!

I still have 3 cats scared to use it but the other 3 took to it as soon as we got it but really nice and easy thank you
