Disappointing germination

I planted these right beside some other tomatoes (mix of heirlooms and hybrids) and got pretty disappointing germination for the Estamino. I got 19/20 for the other tomatoes and only 4/10 for these. Not sure if rootstock are more finicky but I had everything under a humidity dome with a heating mat.
