My new favorite
I just tried these this year. It’s literally the best tomato I’ve ever grown. I constantly get a dozen beautiful tomatoes a week from one plant. They are delicious on a sandwich or salad but are also so meaty that I my not bother with sauce tomatoes next year.

Unbelievably great!
We could only have one tomato plant this year and chose Buffalosteak, because my husband is a die-hard Bills fan. We've grown tomatoes for decades, sometimes dozens of plants. Never have we seen such a great harvest as with this Buffalosteak. The fruit tastes wonderful and we haven't had any blossom end rot or splitting, etc. Now the harvest is up past 50 beautiful sandwich sized tomatoes and the plant is still going strong. It looks like only frost will put an end to it.

3 stars - BUFFALOSTEAK F1
Transplanted into the garden in late May, and with a cooler than usual summer in our garden in zone 9b, the first ripe BUFFALOSTEAK tomato came in in towards the end of August. The size, shape, and skin are good, and the interior was firm so it sliced well without falling apart into mush. The flavor was good, but mild...I was hoping for a little more intense flavor...I tend to water a lot so it could be that I'm diluting the flavor with over-watering, or that the soil is lacking something necessary to increase the flavor of BUFFALOSTEAK in our garden; however, the season is not over and my opinions on flavor could change in the coming weeks as I harvest more tomatoes, but so far this year even with the cooler than usual summer, the Sungold tomatoes with their sweet and concentrated flavors are my favorite tasting variety of the tomatoes we're growing.
