Great flavors combine for great salads

The Mild Mesclun Blend makes for deliciously flavorful salads, with a diversity of flavors, colors, shapes, and textures. The different variety of mustard greens are mild, compared to other spicier mustards, and the kale gives it an extra kick of phytonutrients to keep us healthy. I even grow some microgreens under grow lights during the winter to add more nutrition and flavor to the bagged salads I'm forced to buy during the winters in Colorado.

Great Mix for Easy Greens

Got a great germination rate from my packet and the greens were very undemanding throughout their growth. Very productive overall- I was often taking cuttings for a salad. I especially liked the mizuna on sandwiches.

Mild Mesclun

This mesclun is quite tasty and colorful. It also lacks the bite that some mesclun can have. If you like mesclun but don't like the spicy aftertaste, this mesclun is for you.
