Three out of ten...BUT-

I am growing the rosemary pellets in a hydroponic system, and for them to grow at all given how much rosemary hates wet roots is a minor miracle. Three healthy rosemary plants out of 10 pellets is about what I hoped for, and it's possible a few of the others may yet grow. I recommend this item
