Calypso Coriander/Cilantro

Finally, cilantro success!

We eat so much fresh cilantro but have always had to buy it from the grocery store, as our area is notorious for sudden hot spells where cilantro instantly bolts. This variety has exceeded my expectations so far- we have had a long, warm spring and no signs of bolting yet! The plants are huge and the flavor is absolutely incredible - there is no way I can ever go back to grocery store cilantro. I have them planted partially shaded by a row of peas, which has seemed to work really well.

Take forever to bolt. Sold.. Seems to be viable all season long.
