Super healthy starts with 100% germination. Will report back after harvesting if anything changes. But super pleased so far. Will try over wintering in zone 8a

beautiful plants

This is my first year planting imperial star. Very beautiful plants with lots of lovely fruits forming. The seeds germinated quickly and all starts were healthy. I harvested my first artichoke today!

The seeds I received in February, 100% germination. Fun to work with a large seed. The seedling have been the ground for about 3 weeks and all doing well. Looking forward to harvest.
