Yes, I always have one or two of the infused olive oils in my pantry, but during this season most of my purchases are for holiday gifts, the smaller bottles even make good Stocking Stuffers. I am so pleased with this flavor profile! We’ve just been enjoying the Lemon Oil with a lovely white balsamic but using the included recipe for the dressing with the Sweet Lambrusco has elevated the oil to new heights. Thank you! Will be experimenting with other combinations with your other oils.
