Delicious Prime Rib

This was served for our family Christmas dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We purchased the seven bone prime rib, choice, and the compliments throughout dinner were nonstop. The rib was lean, tender, flavorful and plentiful. So much meat between the bones, this prime rib weighed in at 21 lbs. We spoke with the customer service representative, who took time, to graciously answer our questions. They made sure our order was delivered on time, following up on the tracking updates. We’ll be ordering again. A great company with great products.

The absolute best Prime Rib we have ever had!! Seasoned uncovered for 4 days, cooked at 226 until reached 118, rested 40 mins, temp came up to 126! Unbelievable!!!
