Love this pattern, such a graceful and fun pattern. Quick to sew too. My daughter loves them!

Lovely little pants

These culottes came together so nicely, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I’d definitely recommend this pattern for any level of sewist, I felt completely supported by the directions throughout the process. It didn’t come with pockets, so I had to draft my own, and the fabric requirements are VERY generous, I got 2 pairs of size2/3 version 2 out of 2m, rather than the 3.2 recommended. Overall, I ended up with two really cute, professional looking pairs of culottes. If I’d done the hems by machine I think it would have taken an evening all up. It was a really pleasant project, and I’d highly recommend it.

Fashion trousers

A quick sew. Made from from what I already had, no unusual notions required. My 10yo has really been wanting a pair of culottes even though they’re not on her school’s fashion runway currently. If I make them again I’d add some really deep pockets. And the longest version requires more fabric than trousers but less than a circle skirt. So I would coordinate two separate fabrics from my stash.
