Central American Decaffeinated green beans

CA decaf coffee is my favourite coffee discovery in recent years. Reliably easy to roast and can be blended with other beans to make custom levels of caffeine in your cup without sacrificing depth of taste. Also this last order was large enough that it came in a cool authentic hessian coffee sack!

Ordered all decaf green beans for home roasting

Experience so far very good. Packaging and delivery was very fast, beans in optimal conditions for roasting. I went decaf but didn't want to loose on the flavor and I wanted to test what was available as green beans for home roasting. In general, there are few wholesalers offering decaf green and normally they have one type only on sale. Redber had 4 different types so I can experiment a bit more. The coffee is slightly shorter to roast but the flavor is generally there. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a normal caffeinated. Very happy to be still enjoying good coffee without the trouble of caffeine!
