good value (you get what you pay for)

I'd taken out 125g for my roasting sample and I'm keeping the rest in the packing in which it had arrived, as I thought it was well-packed.. I'd taken the sample to medium roast over 12 minutes.The beans apparently are of good quality as they are of reasonably-even size (no broken bits) and the roast rather uniform. The brew (espresso extraction) is flavoursome, with fresh woody scent, low acidity and a nutty taste.
