Firebasket for WSM

Take out the WSM charcoal grate and place directly on to the bottom of the smoker. Probably a good idea to use in combination with the heat baffle as the stock water basin won't fit with the firebasket in-situ. Really takes the worry out of low and slow smoking. Got a long consistent burns 4 nights in a row of around 100-110C for the first 4 hours with little to no tinkering on the vents using quality briquets and blackthorn wood chunks. Once paper wrapped, just left going overnight to do its thing. Lid thermometer between 50-75C 8hours later.

Can't fault it

Well made , can get at least a 24 hour burn out of it @ 225°f with weber briquettes left to burn in my uds ( not so ugly drum smoker)
