My main food sensitivities seem to be dairy and gluten and I take one of these before I eat these two types of foods and I feel just fine afterwards. These work great?

They work exactly like I thought they would I'm now able to eat hamburger for the first time in 5 years it was absolutely delicious Thank you for making a product that works for gluten and dairy-free people

Gentle on the stomach, best before you eat but if you don't plan ahead still works during eating or even after. I will continue to purchase this, it works better than any other that I have tried in the past.
