Cracked Patina

This frame was a very shiny gold frame that did not coordinate with my decor. I base coated with One Step Bauhaus Buff, followed by cracked gesso and then a custom blue milk paint. Once dry, I antiqued it with the Antiquing Glaze showing the gesso layer underneath. The last step was applying a light coat of Mind Your Own Beeswax and no buffing.
