Toscana Milk Paint - Topiary

Handmade cabinet painted with several layers of Amy Howard Toscana milk paint. Cracked gesso in between with antiquing glaze on top then finished with matte sealer. My two colors were “party in the grove” and “southern gentleman”. I love the milk paint and cracked gesso techniques. I’ve been looking for this for a long time. Thank you Amy.

I needed a rich garden feel to this French Country Armoire and the color Topiary was the perfect color to draw out the beauty of this piece and highlight the details of the crown moulding, the cabinet door insets, as well as the base, with its simple carved area and wonderful cabriole legs with their whorl feet.

I love all of Amy's products- they never disappoint!
