The packaging is terrible. It's so difficult to open. As someone with possible adenomyosis/endometriosis, if I'm in excruciating pain, the last thing I want to do is fight for my life even more trying to open these packages. Please change them so they are easier to open. As far as effectiveness, I don't know yet. This is my first cycle using them so we'll see. Insertion is fine. But with the packaging being so difficult, it's easy to accidentally break one while trying to open it.

Shipping delays, crumbling product, and packaging issues

I am so disappointed, because the product can work when everything works out well. I keep my products in the freezer, but they still can get crumbly and the packages are difficult to open (I think it’s the glue they use). It took 7 business days (when counting from the day after my order). It was long enough of a delay I purchased a competitor’s product and they arrived within 2 days. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor and had been relying on these to help me get through the work day, but the shipping and packaging is making me rethink my subscription.

i love this item but the switch to amazon packaging and delivering is a huge disappointment both in how they package it and how they deliver/leave a temperature sensitive product at the home.
