Happy Ending x Dipsea Set

Unfortunately, order was lost in shipping. Company offered a replacement, but thats when things went downhill. After 8 weeks the replacement never arrived. Alice kept giving timelines of when the replacement would ship, but never met the dates. I requested to cancel the order but they have not refunded my money yet. There has been over 10 emails exchanged with customer service, but nothing yet. I would love to give a small company a good review, but so far our experience has not been pleasant. We hope to get our money refunded soon.

Took FOREVER to ship with no communication after emailing customer service. Shipped in metal tins so even in October, they came melted. I’m not sure how they ship these in summer…? At this point it doesn’t matter if they’re good or not, because lack of customer service and communication along with questionable shipping choices, I won’t be purchasing again.

I have only had half a box so far and can't say i have noticed a difference, but the chocolate is tasty and I will stick with it to see!
