Just right pepper

Really enjoyed this bacon, my first try at pepper bacon. Didn't shrink much and had just the right amount of pepper. Thank you and thank the pig.

Different taste

We have had this bacon before, but this batch had a different taste. It’s difficult to describe, but I can say it tasted more like a different cut of pork than bacon. It smelled amazing in the oven! But the taste was off. We even cooked it two days in a row to see if we were just off that day.
